Most of our pieces are Made-To-order, so please give 3-5 business days to craft and process your order.
Returns
We understand that shopping online,especially for leather goods and clothing, can be challenging since you can’t see, touch, or try them on before purchasing. If your item turns out to be the wrong size, too heavy, or simply not the right fit, you can return it within 30 days, no questions asked.
To initiate a return, please contact us within the 30-day window. We kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs.
In the past, some customers have ordered multiple colors or styles with the intention of keeping just one and returning the rest at our expense. While we want to offer a hassle-free shopping experience, we’re a small business, and absorbing excessive return costs is not sustainable.

How to make a Warranty Claim
- Send us an email with your order number and photos detailing the fault.
- Ship the default item.
- We'll send you an instant replacement. Easy!
What's covered?
- Tears to the external leather structure, straps, grab handles or internal lining
- Hardware - zips, pullers, buckles or press studs
What's not covered?
- General wear, overloading or accidental damage (including water damage - Pensiero's can get wet but don't drop them in the bath!)
- Natural ageing process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches and burnishing
